Storage Under Sinks

During and after the rebuilding of the Kitchen Counter, I started to work on other repairs in our kitchen. In this post I describe the improvement of the organization of the storage under our sinks. See also Kitchen Cabinets, Dishwasher Control Panel, and Refrigerator Bins.

Lori decided that it was time to improve the organization of the items stored under our sinks and went shopping for racks and drawers to make that possible. It took some trial and error to find the pieces that would work in each space.

For under the kitchen sink she bought one rack and two drawers.

To allow the drawers to go back far enough I secured the dishwasher's water lines to the back of the cabinet.

For under our master bathroom sink Lori bought two racks and one drawer.

For under a second bathroom sink she bought one rack and one drawer.

I don't have any pictures of the spaces under the sinks before we installed the racks and drawers, so please imagine how each of those spaces must have looked with all the same items but without the organization provided by the racks and drawers.

Much better, right?
